Abstract
The article emphasizes that the legislative and conceptual changes in the field of education have determined the change in the purpose and objectives of education — the formation of a graduate of a new school — «comprehensively developed personality with critical thinking, a patriot and an innovator capable of changing the world», developing the economy, competing in the labor market, learning throughout life »as a pledge of the innovative vector of social development, introduction of the models of innovative economic development. For an innovative society «united by shared values and culture», the characteristic feature is an innovative type of a person, formed from childhood in the family, community, school, as a mini-society and in itself. Innovative culture is inherent to innovators and is the subject of research in many scientific fields, and is one of the priority areas of scientific research in the field of education. The necessity to consider the innovative culture in a textbook for manager of educational institution as its content component and its importance for innovation activity and its effectiveness in any public sphere are substantiated. According to the results of the content analysis, different types of cultures are used, which manger of educational institution uses in his/ her professional activity to achieve the legally defined goal of education — comprehensive and cultural development of the individual through the prism of innovation, innovative activity, processes, projects and their influence on the formation of innovative type of a Person. The essence of the phenomenon of innovative culture, its definition, characteristic features and place in the professional activity of manger of educational institution on the basis of integration of achievements of different branches of science are considered. The model of the system of development of innovative culture of manager of educational institution is given.
