Abstract

The author of the article reveals the essence of the organizational culture modelling of the secondarylevel educational institution as an object of cognition, research and the content component of the educational leader guide. The model offered is the result of the theoretical cognition level of the organizational culture of the secondary-level educational institution which is conceptually justified and structurally represented by personality-cognitive, axiological, communicative-motivational and activity-behavioral components. The characteristics of elements of every model component and the relationships between them are also given in the article. The components boundaries are mobile, whereas the parts of the same elements are included into its different components. System-forming constructs of the model are its purpose, internal organizational relationships, which are based on personal and organizational values, rules and regulations, behaviors, relationship management and the development of communication networks. The model as an ideal formation gives an opportunity of the holistic vision of the organizational culture of the secondary-level educational institution, allows to analyze available and not available elements and relationships, to reveal the strengths and weak sides of culture, to find out what changes will lead to the development and to implement those changes in practice. The organizational culture of an educational institution is being considered as a phenomenon, complex open social system as well as a management object. The role of the organizational culture in the development of the educational institution is revealed as well as the development of the teacher
