Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the organizational and pedagogical features of the design of the content component of the educational environment of gymnasium. Designing of this component, its structuring, formation and selection is based on didactic principles and criteria, taking into account specificities of each educational area and characteristics of school subjects. The content component must be directed to the formation of the social-institutional, subject-specific, research, communication, motivational-value, and reflexive health keeping student`s skills. The school textbook is a major system formation element of the content component and the main means of systematic presentation of the content of the subjects. Quality textbook should contribute to such important directions of improvement of the learning process, as the selection of suitable didactic and compulsory for all students in mastering learning material, identification of optimal ways of its presentation, organization of training activities, development of cognitive interest of students and promote formation of their universal educational outcomes and educational competences. The content component must be appropriated to the knowledge in accordance with modern level of development of science, technology and culture in amounts that clearly take into account the age of the ability of students included in the curriculum focused on practical results, the formation of the personal experience of learning activities and the development of learning abilities. The study shows that a significant role in empowering the semantic component plays educational technology “blended learning”. It gives the opportunity to combine the traditional means of the content of education, which are issued on paper (textbook, teacher’s book, workbooks) with multimedia, combining traditional learning methods with information and communication, combining classroom learning with the virtual network. The use of the “blended learning” in the educational environment of gymnasium contributes to the quality of its content component, which increases the effectiveness of the educational process, through the creation of conditions for the individualization and differentiation of pupils activity by means of education informatization.
