Abstract

The article presents the experience of managing students’ personal attitudes to the process of professional self-determination of students in a reference educational institution that is relevant in society as a backbone element of the network organization model of pre-profile training and specialized education through the implementation of the “I am a concept” dominant of the psychological and pedagogical competence of the leader using the specific example of the organization of innovative scientific psychological and pedagogical project. The basis for managing the formation of students’ personal attitudes toward professional self-determination should be the management of leadership and creativity of the manager and his/her team. The psycho-pedagogical dominant of a modern manager of the reference educational institution, realization of his/her “I-concept” is a new vision of a change process; understanding and awareness of the talents of each participant in the educational and managerial processes; the creation and maintenance of conditions for the manifestations of the natural creative abilities of each person, her/her self-knowledge and self-realization; lifelong learning; the formation of a highly moral and socially responsible philosophy and culture of the institution, common value orientations.
