Abstract
Education in the information society is an environment of data exchange. In addition to information mastering, its transfer and generation of new data have to be implemented in an exchange to received information. Rapid transformations associated with the development of microelectronic technologies cause the social involvement in the “information-oriented types of work” due to the world`s “information society”phase approaching. Nowadays a teacher is less effective source of information in comparison to the Internet. Consequently the task of modern education has to be reformulated from self-education using books and the network to the formation of students` integrated knowledge system, full conception of the world that can be used as a basis to form their own outlook. It will ease mastering of certain knowledge and revealing its diversified nature for the main subjects of the educational process. Therefore, in order to create the most favorable conditions for the development of the youth generation, there is a necessity to adapt the national educational system to the modern conditions of civilization development and taking into account its impacts on individual personal development. The main goal of the European culture and educational process is the formation of the independent, individual person. The development of modern education requires preparing specialists able to combine study with harmonious spiritual personality education, understand the beauty of art and environment. Nowadays the prerequisite of the information society development is the research of new philosophical and pedagogical ideas. They are an intellectual basis for modern school creation. At this stage, improving of economic and social efficiency of higher education is considered as an important state problem both in countries with highly developed technical and economic level and in developing countries with transition economies. Education becomes the most important general social phenomenon in the world globalization processes and formation of information society.
