Abstract
The article is devoted to the use of educational-methodological literature in the process of training pedagogical workers to determine the forecast background of the development of the system of general secondary education. The types of educational and methodological literature that will be used in the process of such training are defined (textbook on the basis of educational and pedagogical forecast in the field of general secondary education, a manual for practical classes and individual work, a manual on forecasting of the development of the institution of general secondary education, a workbook on forecasting of the development of general secondary education; a self-learning manual on forecasting of the development of general secondary education for pedagogical workers (can be developed in electronic format). In the texts and out-of-text components of the mentioned educational and methodological books there should be reflected the main theoretical and methodological materials related to the theoretical and practical training of pedagogical workers to determine the forecast background of the development of general secondary education, which are text and non-textual materials that ensure the acquisition of theoretical knowledge by pedagogical workers (about the concept and structure of the forecast background of the development of general secondary education, the characteristics of the main groups of background factors (political and legal, scientific-technical, economic, socio-economic, demographic, socio-cultural, educational, sociopsychological, ecological), the methodology of an expert survey on determining the influence of the factors of the forecast background). As well as the educational materials that ensure the teachers’ acquisition of the necessary skills and abilities, the methodology of an expert survey on determining the influence of the factors of the forecast background. The recommendations on the use of this method are given, which must be reflected in the educational-methodological literature, which will be used as a means of training pedagogical workers to determine the forecast background of the system of general secondary education.
