Abstract

Short description of a few math educational complete sets , which are used in modern schools of Lithuania, is given in the article. Pupils and teachers use math textbooks of different author collectives In Lithuani. Competitions of textbooks are not held. The initiators of creation, popularization and distribution of textbooks are publishing houses. The publishing house invites author collectives and does preparation of textbooks, methodical books, and digital content, develops advertising and conducts active agitation among teachers. A publishing house also inculcates innovative educational projects which are instrumental in an improvement and development of the system of education in a country. It is set that the complete sets of different author collectives are contained by such editions: textbook, book of tasks, working notebook, methodical recommendations for a teacher etc. Features and structure of math textbooks are considered in the article. All textbooks are built on principle of availability and following, adapted to age of pupils, corresponds their necessities, capabilities and interests. All textbooks have an identical structure and alike design. They are beautifully designed, varicoloured, printed on a glossy dense white paper. Every part counts 128 pages only. Edition in two parts provides textbooks more long interval of use and causes to natural interest of pupils to the new book. Table of contents, entry with a navigation and recommendation mathematical facilities of studies are given at the beginning of textbook. The structure of textbook opens up, the basic headings are explained, recommendations in relation to work with educational material are given in an entry. Table of contents and expedience of the use of headings, which taken on the fields, are described. Among them: “Soon” (before the study of theme marked, what experience will be purchased by pupils), “Interestingly” (historical information), there are “Puzzles” (interesting tasks, jokes and riddles), “keywords” (given at the end of point and contain a concept and signs on which it is important to pay attention and able to explain). Attention on practical and aхiological constituents of educational math complete set are accented. The features of realization requirements of on-line tutorial in math textbooks are considered. Conclusion about expedience of the use of foreign experience (authors and publishers of Lithuanian maths textbooks) for creation of modern Ukrainian maths textbooks is done.
