Abstract

The author describes the tests as a multifunctional didactic toolkit of textbook. Such test is toolkit for learning and a means of determining the level of training. The tests can be considered as a method of control of the acquired knowledge and as a method to identify skills. With the help of tests determine the level of intellectual development of the individual. In the article substantiate the advantages of testing in the process of evaluation of educational achievements; analyzes the types of tests and their conditions of use. In many ways evaluation is powerful toolkit in the management system of the educational institution, performsregulatory functions, functions of projecting and motivation for improving the quality of educational results. The educational textbook in which there is a clear didactic test system, is an important of toolkit for learning. This author used tests as a means of measuring of knowledge in the process forming of content of meta-course “Knowledge about the person”. In the content meta-course “Knowledge about the person” implemented different types of tests (for example, open answers, tests with expanded response – essay). There are many tests with closed answers. The structure of this textbook allows controlling the assimilation of knowledge about man. The content of the tests arouse the emotional reactions that positively affects the formation of values.
