Abstract

In the article the features, advantages and the main results of international comparative studies of quality of secondary education, based on regression analysis predicted the results of Ukraine in the international study PISA. The attempt to justify high rates of Asian countries. Priority development of education in the eastern states is regulated by law, but in fact it is part of the Asian culture. According to philosophers, the quality of education depends on the prosperity of the state. The desire to learn to sit, as they say, deep in their mentality. In addition, the Asian schools are practicing modern technology, there is almost continuous informatization of educational process. Adjusted content of the training content, including personal. Widely used interactive methods. It is very important. And that is what we lack. Analysis of education in the PISA-winner revealed a number of factors that led to their strong results, including the following:
- in countries considered education a national priority value because of the quality of education depends on the prosperity of the state;
- longer students study together and receive individual support;
- in all these countries there are general/national education standards;
- school more endowed with government and are responsible for the performance of educational work;
- practiced by modern technology, there is almost continuous informatization of educational process;
- emphasis on training and development training of teachers.

As we see it all seems we have, but something is missing. So can should pay more attention to Asian education systems, rather than blindly chase for Europe, which, by the way, holds a high place in the rating. The problems are not in the textbooks, not teachers and pupils or even a professor, a problem in the national consciousness, as well as state support.
