MATHEMATICS EDUCATION AS A FACTOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE

Abstract

In the article the features, advantages and the main results of international comparative studies of quality of secondary education, based on regression analysis predicted the results of Ukraine in the international study PISA. - in countries considered education a national priority value because of the quality of education depends on the prosperity of the state;
- longer students study together and receive individual support;
- in all these countries there are general/national education standards;
- school more endowed with government and are responsible for the performance of educational work;
- practiced by modern technology, there is almost continuous informatization of educational process;
- emphasis on training and development training of teachers.

As we see it all seems we have, but something is missing. So can should pay more attention to Asian education systems, rather than blindly chase for Europe, which, by the way, holds a high place in the rating. The problems are not in the textbooks, not teachers and pupils or even a professor, a problem in the national consciousness, as well as state support.
