Abstract

The problem of acquire of the experience of training activities according to the material of textbook for 9–10 grades is analyzed in the article. The importance of learning of the methods of actions, the creative activityand the value of attitudes are proved. The experience of the training activity on jurisprudence for life’s realization is acquired. So during the process of teaching it is necessary to testify the knowledge, the skills, the methods of actionsand the creative activity in the standard or non-standard situations. It is promoted by the subject and cross-subject links, leads to acquire of the experience, knowledge, skills, methods of the action, creative activity, the forming of the value attitudes. It is important to realize the principle of the complexity and system for the decision of problem situations. The principle of complexity is constitutes the establishment of the cause-and-effect relations, the analyses of situation and to find the effective method of the decision of the problem. The subject and crosssubject links by the history, the literature, the Ukrainian language can be used in non-standard situations for acquire of pupils experience. The analysis of textbooks on jurisprudence has revealed the possibilities to acquire of pupils experience on the didactic materials by the use of the subject and cross-subject links. However subject and cross-subject links are used as low-level. The effectiveness of textbook can increases if the problem of situations should be encouraged to use the skills of complex and system decisions; the textbooks should be have the techniques the forming of transforming and creative skills through the use of subject and cross-subject links.
