Abstract

In the article “Management as a Common Scientific Phenomenon and Content Component of a Textbook for a Headmaster”, the results of the methodological analysis and the logical presentation of the scientific thought development in the context of essentially semantic binary relationship as well as the interaction of the phenomena of governance and management mechanism are provided. The interpretation of the phenomenon from the point of system management, functional and informative scientific approaches are systemized; the most significant peculiarities and characteristic features are demonstrated. Based on the theoretical heritage of philosophical, social, humanitarian and managerial awareness management mechanism is featured as an inherent concept of the phenomenon of governance and the basic category of management science and theory of social management mechanism. Attention is focused on the genesis of the appearance of governance and management mechanism, their essential relationship that was being developed together with the desire of people to work together on the laws that reflect the forms of existence of any living organism, the law of self-regulation (homeostasis) and the law function (development). The type of management and the role of management tools in the permanent reform of the education system as well as the modernization of management in the context of the current stage of development of the information society are specified.
