Abstract
Essence of approach on basis of competencies in studies opens up in the article. Principles and didactics terms of construction of the oriented system of exercises on basis of competencies are grounded. Its role and place is determined in the modern textbook of physics. Purposeful forming of subject competence from physics provides ability of personality facilities of untiing of the similar system to carry out educational activity as constituent of social experience by mastering of physical and universal methodological knowledges, realization of heuristic and research activity, emotionally valued and social adaptation attitude toward cognition of outward things. The system of the oriented exercises on basis of competencies is the specially structured aggregate of mutually dependent and interdependent didactics units of the proper maintenance, which form integral unity and inferior to educational-educate to the purpose of forming of key and subject competencies. General didactics principles of integrity, scientific character and availability, systematic character, creative activity and independence, connection of theory, with practice and others like that laid in its basis. Such unifying factors as physical picture of the world, methodology of scientific cognition, scientific world view, research of which is sent by an educational process on acquisition of integral pictures of physics as science, to the willingness and ability to apply the mastered knowledges and abilities, proper concept vehicle, development informatively communication, social adaptation and world view descriptions of personality instrumental in forming of subject competencies in the process of untiing of the system of exercises.
