EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX: PRE-PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS

Abstract

In the article, the following issues were specified: pre-professional component of the educational kit for the students to implement the social order that is the preparation of an individual for the competitiveness in the labor market in terms of the rapidly changing globalized environment of living space; the development, implementation and adjustment strategies of the pre-professional training for the benefit of individuals, society and the state in terms of preparation for life and productive work; the need to address the problem of total employment training (polytechnical professional orientation character) of the students. The attention is focused on the development of educational content to enhance cognitive and creative activities aimed at: the formation of stable orientations on labor lifestyle and moral-psychological as well as practical willingness to work; general upbringing of the working culture; development of creative abilities, intellectual and physiological qualities, etc.
