Abstract

In the article, the common didactic six principles of designing a textbook in the context of development in the modern educational paradigm are formulated and studied. They are the following: compliance with the state standards and the curriculum, features of the content; psychological and didactic requirements for textbooks; the current level of technology; Ukrainian socio-cultural context; pedagogical design requirements. These principles are predetermined by the external socio-cultural, scientific and educational factors and are general requirements that must be taken into account in constructing the theory of a textbook system approach. The descriptions of a textbook as a system of principles reflect the essential characteristics that are responsible for its practical application and allow you to define certain rules for the development and preparation for the publication of history textbooks.
