Abstract

The efficiency of the educational process depends on the quality of knowledge of each individual student. Focus of current trends on education for student, his competence and suitability as a professional in future, requires teachers to pay more attention to their work. Printed workbooks are used in teaching various subjects and focus on students of different age. In high school using workbooks saves time and helps diversify independent work. The appearance of the printed edition, visual culture, with which educational and illustrative material is shown to students may be a factor in increasing of motivation. Especially when it comes to the education of professional culture of graphic designers. Kiev National University College of Technology and Design is a unit of the university and has many of its training programs for professional courses, which are characterized by integrated courses. Discipline “Perspective and Shadow” is one of them. Creating an image of printed workbook on the subject, its content design and making tasks for him pursued several objectives. Increasing of motivation and encouragement to study such a difficult but useful – for the future of Photographers and graphic designers – laws of building perspective image, was one of the aims. The peculiarity of this work was in paying attention to the age and psychological characteristics of students who have not passed the limit of mature youth. This article analyzes the annual educational use workbooks on the subject “The perspective and shadows” and work with students opinion about the course.
