Abstract

The author substantiates actual problems of studying the content of the textbook as a complex cognitive system, which consists of many-semiotic components. The article suggests a possible way to resolve some of the identified problems in studies. In the article considered the results of actual modern studies the communicative potential of the information in the text field, which, in author opinion, must be taken into account when modeling the textbooks. Disclosed concept of poly-semiotic text textbook, justified by its importance as a factor in the development of communicative competence of students, highlighted the components of poly-semiotic text. Author described structural and functional parameters of verbal, paragraphemic and graphic tutorial text components that affect the perception and understanding of the educational information. Important issues that require learning in the context of productive teaching and text communication are the following: compositional and graphical tools to create a condition for comfortable perception of the educational information the achievement of perlocutionary effect of schoolbook. In this aspect, the article discusses possible directions for research educational and scientific poly-semiotic aspects of texts of tutorial in modern information processes and their impact on educational communication. They are determining the optimal spatial correlation of uneven components in the textbook; formulating criteria for graphic interpreting of the texts various purpose (theoretical text, text of task etc.), placed in the schoolbook.
