Abstract
In the article a concept of «crowdsourcing»: its essence, substance, advantages and defects as management tool are considered. Calls and multidimensionalness of development of modern society as civil, free, democratic, the informative and technological determined the application of adequate modern instruments for the management quality improvement of all social spheres. In this connection consideration of crowdsourcing as modern innovative management tool is scientifi c and practical issue of the day, solving of that is directed both to the increase of managers’ actions effi ciency and to the competitiveness and image creation of institutes they lead. Logic of exposition of crowdsourcing as an innovative management tool is given basing on integrative conceptual principles of scientifi c approaches. Crowdsourcing is modern management tool, that is based on conceptual principles of convergence and that is examined as syncretism and interpenetrations of intellectual, communication and information technologies, the introduction of that provide an effective solving of managers’ business-tasks and successful realization of projects in practice in different social spheres. Examples of the use of this instrument in international practice are given, the informative resources of crowdsourcing grounds and projects are indicated. Social spheres and basic business-tasks that can be successfully solved due to application of crowdsourcing are distinguished.
