Abstract
In the article of the necessity of modernisation of content of training of leaders of modern establishments is highlighted according to the increase of social requirements to incubency competence and calls of civil society. Social phenomenon of students and factors of their development in multidimensional society that develops as civil, free and democratic is represented as constituent of semantic component of training. It is exposed, that educational establishments, as open socialpedagogical systems and constituents of society, are accountable for students’ socialization and their social development on the basis of sociallymeaningful norms, social values and traditions and must create conditions for key competencies forming for students, including social that provides their socialization and successful vital functions in socially heterogeneous society. Modern scientists display social competence having characteristic features of social context in the structure of key competencies of a person; they examine it in three perspectives: as a common aggregate concept that testifi es to the level of person’s socialization; as a key competence of a person and as personal integrative property of individual. Social competence has varieties representing, according to the contents, sphere of formation, provide realization of social and socially-public activity, and all their components are interconnected with social and cultural context. Among structural elements of social competence of lyceum student there were distinguished such components as: knowledge as instruments of activity, vital skills, special ways of thinking, communicative-organizational capabilities, ability to realize, to evaluate and be responsible for the consequences of the actions. Author’s defi nition of social competence of studying youth is given in the article in accordance with the norms and values accepted in society. It is integral property of a person, that represents the system of personal features and qualities, abilities and capabilities that provide accordance of individual to his social group, determines the achievement of own and publicly meaningful aims (chosen independently and determined outwardly) and successful self-realization in heterogeneous society. Substance of mega-, macro-, meso- and microfactors of social competence development is exposed and peculiarities of their infl uence under modern socialpedagogical conditions of civil society development are given. Mastering of knowledge about sociocultural norms of society, learning the use of social roles and norms of interpersonal relations, accumulation of social and life experience are the basic ways of developing social competence. The sources of development of social competence of lyceum students are contradictions between the outer and internal world of person; between the level of aspirations of person to certain social roles or desirable social activity and real personal and environmental possibilities for their self-realization. Motive force of development is motivation of students’ achievements as measure of accordance of their necessities topossibilities, expectations and real achievements in educational-communicative, generally useful and role-personality spheres.
