SCHOOL TEXTBOOK IN THE COMPETENCE-ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article highlights some aspects of the modular design of the textbook in the system of competence-oriented educational environment of the school. Didactic peculiarities of its structure and functions as a basic element of the educational component of the educational environment had been analyzed. Harmonious purposeful development of personality on the basis of school subject, a key competence of a pupils are the priority focus of designing and building competence-oriented educational environment of the institution. A distinctive feature of the textbook in the system of competence-oriented learning environment is to build it in a modular fashion. Modeling of the structure and content of the module it is advisable to start with the creation of an effective target model study of the topic. This shaped model through the system of links will encourage greater interaction of the textbook the elements of the educational-methodical complex and just educational environment.
