Abstract

The article covers the theoretical and practical aspects of differentiated learning in Germany. The author analyzes the scientific works dealing with the conceptual foundations of the principle of differentiated learning. The essence of concepts of “differentiation” and “principle of learning” is revealed, the main types of differentiation are found out. The structure of textbooks in terms of the implementation of the principle of differentiated learning in the system of secondary education in Germany is considered. The author concludes that the implementation of the principle of differentiated instruction in Germany, including manual means, has a positive impact on the results of the educational process, promotes abilities of each student.
