Abstract
Three software tools are considered in the article, which will allow to create an electronic manual for the implementation of resource-based learning in higher education in the fastest way. These software applications are considered as information systems that organize the accumulation and manipulation of educational information to address a particular educational goal — the creation of various types of electronic educational resources for resource-based learning (electronic textbooks, electronic manuals, etc.). Methodical recommendations for the development of electronic educational resources of local and open types in the information system environment Constructor Electronic books 1.1.3, Site Designer Jimdo.com, SunRav. The definition of the concept of resource-based learning as a holistic and dynamic process of stimulating self-learning of students to master the skills of active transformation of the information environment, mastering knowledge of computer science and information and communication technology, which provides optimal use of tandem «student-teacher» information resources. The author focuses on the fact that Constructor Electronic books 1.1.3 and SunRav provide the creation of electronic manuals that run through the exe-file. These resources are convenient to use by installing on stationary computers in classrooms or on student laptops (tablets, etc.); they are easy to install and view, and do not depend on the operating system and software (local type). The Jimdo.com site designer makes it possible to create open-source educational e-learning resources that are freely available on the Internet, providing on-line work with students.
