Abstract
The analysis of Web technologies is carried out, namely, their origin and development, the difference of one technology from another, their vivid examples are shown. The emphasis is on the lack of information about the technology Web 0.0. The authors believe that it was with the development of the network that the Web era began. The first implementation of the network (Web 1.0) is considered as a «read-only network». At the same time, the average role of the Internet user is limited only by reading the information that was provided for one. Web 1.0 is considered as a retro concept, referring to the status of the WWW and any style of the site design. An example is the development of three million static, read-only websites. The main goal of Web 1.0 technology was pointed that is closedness. The birth of Web 2.0 technology became the lack of active interaction of ordinary users of the network. The era of Web 2.0 allowed the general user to use new concepts, namely: forums, blogs, social media, video streams. Remarkable developments of Web 2.0 are Twitter, YouTube, eZineArticles, Flickr, Facebook. The border between the creator and the consumer (user) is demolished. The newest form of the Internet was Web 3.0 technology with such attributes: contextual search; search by portfolio; personalized search; the evolution of 3D Web; deductive thinking. Web 4.0 is known as a symbiotic network that connects all devices in the real and virtual world in real time. Web 5.0 will be dedicated to (emotional) interaction (becoming a daily habit for most people) between people and computers. It is proved the necessity to develop the social sphere, the functioning and development of which in modern conditions is impossible without direct connection and feedback to the society, without the exchange of information. It is generalized that information and communication are the key moments in the process of management and development of the social sphere. The questionnaire conducted with social workers allowed to ground the creation of an electronic textbook, to determine its content. The means of the site show the stages of creating an electronic textbook (1 — selection of sources, their justification, 2 — content development, a list of concepts, 3 — text processing modules (parts), 4 — media selection for multimedia realization, 5 — sound accompaniment development, 6 — preparation of materials for visualization, 7 — visualization of the material), as well as their effectiveness in the process of self-education of social workers. It is proved the necessity to create electronic textbooks for informational education.
