Abstract
Nowadays we can assert that the changes in school literary education in the Republic of Belarus have a systemic character; they have been taking place for the last years according to the trends in the development of the information society and the features of the new information reality. The main target of the national literary education as the process of education and upbringing through creativity is associated with the gradual formation of a competent reader. In the Belarusian national education system, the achievement of these goals is related to the implementation of the activity and competence approaches, and the appeal to the cultural and educational potential of so-called ‘open reading’. The creation of innovative educational resources is also the important component of the forming a competent reader. The features of the new information reality determine the increasing of the importance of innovative components of training complexes for teaching literature, as well as the availability of modern electronic information and educational environment. This environment and the components mentioned above should be seen as the most effective tools for upbringing of a competent reader. We consider the national educational portal (www.adu.by) to be one of the most effective area for promoting key principals of the national literature education, and literary-centered media projects to be effective tools for realizing them. Those projects have been realized in different formats on the portal for the last three years. The most important issue, in our mind, is connected with including in a process of educational interaction a wide range of participants.
