Abstract

The article reveals the essence of network interaction as the basis for organization of profile training in the educational district of rural areas. An important approach to the organization of profile education in high school is the theory of network interaction, providing the conditions for expanding the opportunities for variability and individualization, the competitiveness of education for rural schoolchildren. Interaction of network structures is carried out in accordance with the goal, which provides for expanding the opportunities for selecting training programs and forms of training, improving the quality of training through the implementation of tasks that are accompanied by appropriate actions, a set of relationships and relationships established between the elements of
the network. The network of schools in the educational district provides for the cooperation of educational resources, which widens the range of forms for the implementation of curricula, creates conditions and opportunities for high school students to build and implement an individual educational trajectory, participate in various forms and types of educational activities organized in institutions-subjects of the educational district. High school students are offered a wide range of forms of education, including after-hours due to hours of the curricular component of the curriculum. Networking as a key factor in the organization of profile training contributes to the positive motivation of all participants in the educational process. The article focuses on the theoretical substantiation of the conceptual model of the network organization of profile training and presents aspects of its implementation in pedagogical practice.
