Abstract

The article specifies the definition of the terms management skills, leadership, entrepreneurial skills of the junior pupils. The content features of the curriculum for the development of management and leadership as well as entrepreneurial skills of the pupils of the "Otaman (chieftain)" primary school were considered. In particular, the author describes the content lines of the curriculum: the development of the junior schoolchildren's activity (which turns into proactiveness), initiative, ability to generate new ideas and inspire others with them; ability to targeting (acquaintance with the kinds of purposes, objectives formulation, the choice of the highest priority objectives), forecasting (individual or collective forecasting, various scenarios of the sequence of the events); decision making (making individual or collegiate choice of alternatives, formulation of possible solutions); planning (nature, specificity and differences in the planning of individual and collective activity, types of planning); ensuring organization, management and coordination of training activities; control (its nature and types); improving negative sides, if necessary; ability to establish contacts, communicate with others (using etiquette formulas for communication), teamwork (following the rules of the group (pair) work, applying different models of cooperation, interactive learning technologies); forming skills of working with text information (conduct search and processing it, creating one's own texts); developing relevant personality traits (mental ballast, stress resistance, energy, determination, enterprise, responsibility, sociability, etc.).
