Abstract

This article is dedicated to the problem of the usage of ICT and different pedagogical internet resources. It is approving that an attentive, professional and right approach as well as the rational use of ICT is described as a skill to implement a simple tool to the adequate task with the maximum effect. It gives an opportunity in terms of the communicative integrity to develop information culture of pupils. While talking about the examples of the implementation of ICT at the lessons, taking part in any kind of competitions and different international projects, it gives understanding that information culture is an important part of our culture.
The problem: The teachers should learn the newest technologies of teaching quickly. The teacher must not be behind the modernity. The issues of the development of education are priority in modern Azerbaijan. According to the Presidential decree, reforms are implemented in the country, which are directed to the growing up system of education and its material-technical bases in line with international standards. Renewing the content of education and implementation of a new system of textbooks are implemented. The concept of assessment, the new strategy and the concept on continues teaching of teachers, renewing of content of their initial learning, new model on perfection of the management and pedagogical personal are considered.
All these reforms are oriented at the needs of a personality and directed to the formation of life skills of the new generation and development and stimulation of the teachers’ initiativity. Analysis of the literature related to the information culture of pupils with the use of ICT at the lessons, the new pedagogical methods and their realization in the schools of Azerbaijan testifies the actuality of this research. The researches of the following academicians in Azerbaijan are dedicated to the problem: R. Aliguliyev, Z. Garalov, O. Rajabov, S. Imanov, R. Asadov R. Mammadzade, N. Abdullayev, N. Orujaliyev, M. Aslanov, A. Abbasov,R. Aliyev, T. Aliyev, S. Karimov, V. Gasimov, M. Salahli, M. Aliyev, R. Mahmudov, N. Rustamov, A. Suleymanov, Z. Taghiyeva, M. Aslanov, A. Guliyev, T. Rzayev, S. Gojayev and others. The following foreign researches have dedicated their researches to the issue: Y. Velokhov, A. Berg, V. Glushkov, A. Kozlenko, Y. Tikhomirova, N. Gendina, N. Kolkova, G. Starodubova, N. Virt, R. Vilyams, D. Griss, E. Deykstra, P. Denning,D. Knut, S. Peyrert, B. Hunter and other.  The authors are focused on the importance of the ICT development in Azerbaijan, its implementation at the lessons and showing the development of communication skills of pupils, giving the characteristics of information society as bases for the development of communicative skills as an important fact of the formation of information culture of pupils thanks to its descriptiveness, structuralcontextual unity, integrity, relatedness and others. The main goal of this research is the coverage of the role of ICT while forming information culture of pupils, demonstration of the importance of a likewise approach and its role in solving problems of information culture and communication oriented teaching. The use of teaching methods and ICT allows making changes in classes and building communication between teachers and pupils, between pupils themselves and between school and family, as well. The last time, the modern methods of learning, like interactive method and use of ICT are implemented in Azerbaijan. Any teacher can use teaching methods to prepare and to implement programs directed to initiating of pupils, fruitful process of teaching. Conclusions. So, the content of teaching material, the use of the ICT and the internet, different programs, their orientation to the understanding of importance and functions of usage and formation of communication skills of the pupils in terms of personality oriented teaching provides major goals of teaching in new information society circumstances. Usage of modern ICT methods will show the path to teachers while launching classes for pupils who intend to become helpful, active and full of initiatives citizens. It is noteworthy that innovative approaches in teaching through the use of the internet and the ICT are first of all new and unusual for those teachers who use to work in a traditional way. That’s why at the implementation stage of the ICT, in schools raises a need for the new content of teaching and providing continues workshops, round table discussion, master classes, and scientific methodical publications, as well. The aim is to show expediency of the new approaches while training the teachers in Azerbaijan and their advantage in comparison with traditional methods.
