Abstract

The paper proves the need for creating the textbooks for the profession-oriented school, taking into account the need to implement the content of school education in the profi le level. In the modern school textbook everything should be focused on a particular type of – school problems, one of which is the professional orientation of students. You can achieve this effect by forming educational – teaching kits, which will consist of the book and the library of training materials for core subjects in electronic media (electronic visual aids libraries, virtual laboratories, etc.). Along with the materials that implement the content of the profi le object is necessary to provide the integration of vocational guidance in the content of the textbook unit. The block of professional information give students the opportunity to get acquainted with the professions associated with the profi le subject, to the requirements that these professions are presenting to the person. The turning of professional diagnostics (available for self-study questionnaires, tests) will allow for the student to check their properties and professionally important qualities. Because of that, students can show their individual tendencies, physiological capabilities, to compare them with the requirements of the profession to which they have an interest and aptitude, which will help them make the right decision about their suitability for professional work in the chosen fi eld of labor.
