Abstract

In the article, the essence of the definition and the components of the term «teacher’s professional competence» was determined; the terms «teacher’s professional competence development» and «management of the development of a young teacher’s professional competence» were specifi ed. The text normative model of the teacher’s professional competence, the structural and functional model of the management of a young teacher’s competence formation as well as the mechanism of the management support (the optimal combination of the scientific and methodological support as well as the administrative control and monitoring)
were developed.
