Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of educational and methodical support of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning and analysis of the peculiarities of distance learning technology. The concepts are analyzed: web environment, web resource, and information and communication technologies of distance learning, web environment management. The issues of didactic and methodical content of web resources are covered. Educational and methodological support of the educational process in quarantine largely depends on the specific features of the application of distance learning technology. They can be systematized as follows: it is a resource needed to adapt learning materials to the web environment and present them on web resources; requires special equipment for full operation; specialized organization of students’ work on this educational technology; taking into account the specifics of development, construction and publication (presentation) of materials in the virtual environment, including psychological features of work in the virtual environment (structuring, working time in the virtual environment, perception, attention, design and color scheme, opportunities and features of independent work, contact features with the teacher, the peculiarities of the interaction of the system «man — machine», etc.). Web-resources of educational and methodical support, which are necessary for providing distance learning, may contain: methodical recommendations on their use; documents of planning of educational process (educational programs, educational-thematic plans, schedules of employment); video and audio recordings of lectures, seminars; multimedia lecture materials; terminological dictionaries; practical tasks; virtual laboratory works; virtual simulators with methodical recommendations; test tasks for control measures, testing with automated verification of results; business games with methodical recommendations on their use; electronic libraries or links to them; bibliographies; a distance course that combines the above web resources of the discipline (program) into a single pedagogical scenario; other educational resources.
