Abstract
In the article the structure and features of the analytical tools of competence-oriented history textbook for classes in specialized subjects. It was found that the current textbook should ensure the development of independent learning of students in the information space and development of key and subject competencies. The estimation of the methodical tools of the textbook in the formation and development of key competencies of students is given. The peculiarities of the implementation of the requirements for the methodical apparatus of a modern competence-oriented textbook in the educational publication, which is designed for pre-professor in-depth study of the subject, are considered. The possibilities of the textbook in providing the organization of educational and cognitive activity of schoolchildren on the basis of the efficiency of the knowledge acquisition apparatus were studied. The analysis of the existence of various types of tasks and exercises, which are submitted by the authors of the textbook. The expediency of using samples of tasks completion has been analyzed. The attention is paid to the availability of motivation means in the textbook, the need for the development of students’ creative activity. The author of the article draws attention to the importance of tasks for the organization of group, teaching and research and project activities of students as means of personal development. The exact didactic requirements for the methodical apparatus in the modern school textbook are given. The conclusion is made on the necessity of adherence by the authors of the textbooks of modern didactic requirements to the methodical apparatus. Attention is drawn to the need to strengthen the prior selection of textbooks.
