Abstract

In the article the attention is paid to improvement of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers of professional and technical educational establishments solving of which partially depends on providing this process appropriate educational and methodical literature. The aim of the article is defining the content and structure of textbooks oriented to forming of psychological and pedagogical part of professional competence of future teachers of professional and technical educational establishments (speciality 014 Secondary education. Physics and 014 Secondary education. Mathematics). In the article there have been opened the content of textbooks (“The pedagogical activity of teachers of professional and technical educational establishments”, “Pedagogical acmeology”) according to educational-qualifying characteristics and educational-professional programs of training. The great attention is paid to peculiarities of educational, methodical activity of teachers in educational environment of professional and technical educational establishments and acmeological determinants of professional pedagogical development. There have been given the structure of textbooks, in particular, chapters which have key questions which are in the content; list of main questions; conclusions for chapters that is logical answer to the key question; questions for self-test; practical lessons; recommended literature. There have been defined the role of developing textbooks in pedagogical process, in particular their possibility to complete textbooks in general and professional pedagogics (according to specific of training of teachers of nature-mathematical disciplines to professional activity in conditions of vocational schools) and general acmeology, psychology and pedagogics according to specifics of training of future teachers.
